Prior to Arden, Kevin spent 15 years with Duball, LLC specializing in acquisitions, asset management and development of over $600 million in assets. Kevin has experience with a wide variety of product types including: office, residential, mixed-use commercial projects, hotel, retail, and high-rise projects. He earned a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University and a MBA from Georgetown University -
