Natalie is responsible for the operations for Arden 55+ Living. In addition, she takes an active role in building company processes and procedures. Prior experience included roles as Regional Vice President at both RKW Residential and Pegasus Residential.  She spent several years with Greystar Real Estate in Charlotte where she was a Director of Real Estate.  She holds her CAPS designation along with her North Carolina Brokers License.  She has served on the Board of Directors with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association along with several committees.
