Nahleena is responsible for the operations of our on-site teams and communities. She joined Arden in 2023 with over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry with A+ to C, lease-up, and stabilized assets, including suburban, mid-rise, and mixed-use development.

Nahleena holds her CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association. She is a graduate of the GCAA's Leadership Lyceum program and is an active member of the GCAA, where she serves on the outreach committee.

Nahleena brings a unique ability to build solid, sustaining teams and possesses strong market expertise. She has proven abilities to hire, train, evaluate, and motivate associates. Nahleena has a keen ability to problem solve, develop talent, and possesses great strengths in budgeting/financial management, due diligence and acquisitions, marketing, and strategic planning.
