Micah is responsible for leading the Marketing team and curating strategic marketing plans for the Arden portfolio. She will work collaboratively with the operations teams and offer support for the property management and investment teams. Micah began her career of property management in Operations and transitioned from site management to marketing for pre-development, lease-up, and stabilized assets. She has handled the marketing needs for portfolios of over 16,000 units. With an eye for detail, she has managed numerous branding projects, overseen repositioning for many assets undergoing renovation, and has assisted with and managed the transactions of 40+ communities. In her free time, Micah makes handmade jewelry, loves hiking and the outdoors, and snuggling with her dog, Magnolia.
