Kevin is a Managing Partner of Arden 55+ Living.  He is responsible for sourcing new investment and development projects throughout the Southeastern United States. Prior to Arden, Kevin spent 15 years with Duball, LLC specializing in acquisitions, asset management and development of over $600 million in assets. Kevin has experience with a wide variety of product types including: office, residential, mixed-use commercial projects, hotel, retail, and high-rise projects. He earned a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University and a MBA from Georgetown University.
