Billy is responsible for overseeing the company's treasury function and financial systems. Prior experience includes Chief Financial Officer for the Ross Companies, a Mid-Atlantic multifamily owner and manager and CohnReznick LLP where he provided audit and tax services for commercial real estate clients.  He received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Accounting from West Virginia University.
